About BQ Rail
This site is primarily intended to distribute information about two, interrelated, proposed rail projects in New York City: the Interborough Express transit line that would join Brooklyn and Queens, and the Cross Harbor Freight Program, which is considering an improved rail freight connection between Brooklyn and New Jersey.
Short posts will address individual topics. For persons wanting to dig deeper, sources usually will be provided in attached documents.
